.mrr is the default, proprietary file format when a report is either saved or printed with the help of Report Designer
If you received a document file with the extension of .mrr, you need to have a dedicated, proprietary viewer module, Report Viewer, in order to see the contents of the file.
In order to view and utilize a .mrr format document, you may need to download this Evaluation version of Report Designer Viewer which will be automatically installed in the Windows folder on your computer.
